Unfinished Business	1. Mailboxes-  list of homeowners who need to repair/replace their mailboxes. 2. School bus- still needs to be removed 3. status of violations issued on 2/15/10 4. Violations letters sent to residents in conjunction with homeowners
New Business	1. 7902 Jambalya Trail-Waive of Late Fees 2. 8939 Forest Oak - George Smith - Storm door request 3. General letter asking all residents of Bay Pine to have all  unsupervised children to play at the open field in front of Bay Pine Villas, and to not park vehicles on the grass. 4. Shed and satellite placement-removal of all unused satellite dishes
