Hampton Lakes is located in Pensacola, FL off of Dog Track Road and originally developed by Mitchell Homes in 2002. 77 units are formed by 16 buildings of attached units and surrounded by the lake. Hampton Lakes is a mandatory membership community with 2010 Assessments billed twice each year for an annual amount of $818.

Termite Renewals

Termite coverage for your unit is paid for by your Home Owner's Association. In order for coverage to be extended each year, your unit MUST be inspected by Anchor Pest Control during it's renewal period. Below is a link that will show the schedule for each unit and the month of the renewal.
